Hoevision is an online boutique specializing in women’s dresses for everyday wear, outings, celebrations, and special occasions.

We currently ship to customers in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 5–8 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier transit time after dispatch may vary.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $8 per item. Orders totaling $69 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping is $15 per order.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or dispatch.

What is your return window?

Return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after the order is marked delivered. Please contact us before sending an item back.

What condition must a return be in?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors and stains, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

After a return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time before the credit appears in your account.
